This is the worst cookware I've ever purchased. It is KitchenAid's Drop-Down Roaster with Folding Rack. The roaster is indeed heavy, but large chunks of coating started peeling off after THREE uses. All three times, the temperatures were kept under 350 degrees. After each use, I gently washed it with a soft sponge, dried it and put it back in the box so it would last for years.Their description states that the roaster is DOUBLE LAYER REINFORCED NON-STICK COATING???? You have got to be kidding. This looks thinner than Spray Paint!! I'm so mad, I can't see straight. The box says "MADE IN CHINA" That explains a lot. It is cheap made in China crap. Yes, KitchenAid is now made in China.I incorrectly thought their products were Made in America. WRONG!!! Sure, it only costs $19.95, but you'd expect it to last more than 3 times. Eating the painted coating could actually be unhealthy. It you do decide to purchase their cookware, keep yourself safe and line it with aluminum foil or baking paper.
