This rack is made in CHINA, not the USA, for Columbian Home Products of Indiana. ANY "Granite Ware" sold by Columbian is made offshore! This is a wobbly, thin, short length rack that ONLY FITS the Granite Ware 21" Rectangular Roaster - which is also sold by Columbian (but made in Mexico.) Granite Ware 21-1/4 x 14-1/8x 8-1/2 Inch Covered Rectangular Roaster.

I bought this one as a present for someone.But, I have had the exact same rack for about a year now. I love it.Use it for Roasts (esp Prime Rib). Very sturdy. Helps keep roast off the pan bottom. Especially useful for Prime Rib, cause you need to have water in the pan while roasting but do not want the meat to touch the water.Easy to clean.No complaints. Hence i got it as a christmas present for someone.

This was used to hold a 16# rib roast for Christmas and it worked out well. It kept the meat off the bottom of the pan and was easy to clean. It stores well and fits perfectly in the granite Ware 0511-3 Rectangular Roaster (21.25" x 14" x 8.5") at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000050AVD. Would definitely recommend as it pairs well.
