I bought the wrong size roaster and had to use my shallow sturdy Pyrex 13x9 glass pan, lined w heavy duty foil and my 13lb turkey perched very nicely on this rack. I was surprised as this rack folds up flat and doesnt look up to such a job, it was and produced alot of turkey juices beneath and lifted our little birdie out onto a platter very efficiently. Great price, cleaned up quickly and is stashed away until we either crave another turkey (unimaginable at the moment) or next year.

This roasting rack fits perfectly inside the Granite Ware 15-Inch Covered Oval Roaster. It elevates your bird or roast just enough from the bottom of the pan to keep the roast from sitting in the juices. Great price too!

I am disappointed with this product, it is very flimsy and it doesn't elevate the high enough in the pan. I already own the pan and wanted a rack to go inside of it. Would not recommend anyone buying this product
