After reading reviews for other racks around this price point, I was a bit worried about the durability of the coating, as it seems to be a problem in many others. I decided to take a chance on the Kitchen Supply rack and was pleasantly rewarded with a well made item.I roasted a 16lb turkey on it, and it was truly non-stick when I removed the turkey, it didn't stick, and there was very minimal residue which made for very quick washing. The coating seems to be pretty durable, and I imagine it'll last quite sometime (though it'll probably only be used a couple times a year).

I had a cheap version of this roasting rack 25 years ago, and honestlycould never find another one until now. I love this rack.It fits comfortably in my cookie sheets and pans, and is easy to clean.If you want a general, versatile little roasting rack, this is it.

I purchased the Kitchen Supply Roasting Rack Nonstick Adjustable on March 5, 2012. It is now September 3, 2012, and I am throwing the rack in the recycle bin. After less than 6 months of limited use and gentle care, the nonstick coating is peeling off.MApparently the flakes of nonstick coating aren't a health danger, but I still don't think I'd like to eat them.
