This was exactly what I was looking for, used it for bacon encrusted pork loin, prime rib. BBY Back ribs etc.Very good quality, I hammered this pan with both racks I used and I don't see any scratches in the nonstick coating.Anyway who cares your cooking and if it looks a little beat up in a few years means you used it for a reason.Fit perfectly on my 3 burner camp stove and even made spaghetti sauce in it, and no I don't work for the company,just like stuff that works like it is supposed to.

Although the pan itself was nice and shiny the handles were pitted and discolored. Rather than send it back I decided I could live with these blemishes.

The aluminum professional non stick roasting pan with rack is of excellent quality.It is indeed very heavy duty. So much in fact that it kept food very warm well thru the dinner, and then some. It is perfect as a serving dish on the center of the table. I made lasange in it and it kept it very warm until it was time to put the food away. I actually transfered the food to another storage dish just so it would cool down faster. Aluminum Professional Nonstick Roasting Pan w/ Rack The handles are rigid and upright. If they were splayed out to the sides a bit more, I would have used it for my cinnamon buns too. I would definately recomment this pan to anyone who is looking for a large heavy duty roasting/cooking/serving pan.
