This is a substantial sized roaster made of French porcelain. I've roasted whole chickens and turkey breasts in it. The shape allows for the juices to collect around the poultry which seems to cut down on cooking time. It makes a beautiful oven to table presentation as well. The only downside may be storage due to it's unique shape; it needs it's own space but otherwise it's a really functional and beautiful product.
