Searched long and hard for a small, quality-made roasting pan. I cook a lot of whole turkeys and have found this pan to be of overall average-good performance for a roasting pan, but placing it in the under-$50 price-point, small-size category I give it a very good rating as it is probably one of the best pans out there in its sub-category. The non-stick pan surface does clean-up easily, but you need to adhere to the cleaning instructions (no steel wool or abrasive cleansers), and a nylon-based scrubbie does the trick especially if you can give it a 20-minute soak with hot soapy water. The pan cleans well in my Bosch dishwasher, no soaking required (power scrub or auto cycle). The rack insert requires a little more effort due to the dense spacing of the rungs. Not overly thrilled with the flat rack insert, probably will replace with v-rack at some point.
