We took a chance on this little flat oval rack and it is truly fantastic. The exact size we needed. Although we do not use the handles, they are there if we need them. We were able to cook a turkey breast one month before Thanksgiving and a whole turkey for Thanksgiving while using this rack. Perhaps the little feet on the rack could be a little higher, they really do a great job. This rack did not bend while holding the big turkey. Great product and made sturdy. For the turkey breast, the little feet are just fine. For the whole turkey, we used a complete pound of raw bacon over the turkey while it baked, so the grease was a bit more than normal. If you do not use so much bacon or no bacon at all, there should not be that much grease and the little feet would keep the food up out of it. We would absolutely buy this little rack again and any sister products like medium size or large.

This is an awesome roasting pan. My single compliant is it is really small. Thankfully I roast whole chicken breast often and I can fit three (3) in this pan with the accompanying rack. An entire small chicken will not fit in this pan - too bad because I roast whole chickens several times a month.I love the lid because it helps the cooking time and keeps meet juicy. If you are using the rack (sold separately) you must fold the lifting sides down to close the lid.The clean up is super easy. Something that both I amd my husband are very happy about.Another bonus was that I have used this as a garlic roaster a few times to raost about14 whole garlic at once with the lid one and the rack. That is convenience. Yes, I really use that much roasted garlic and keep some in the fridge at all times for as needed use.I am ready to try other sizes. The price is perfect.

Hamilton Beach 33967 Set 'n Forget 6-Quart Programmable Slow CookerI usually don't leave reviews but was so pleased with this purchase I felt obligated. I have been looking for a reasonably priced rack for my Hamilton Beach Set & Forget 6 qt. slow cooker for months that didn't have that nasty "non-stick" surface. I found this and ordered it hoping it would fit the crock of my slow cooker to keep the meal being cooked out of the juices/water etc. if wanted. It fits this particular slow cooker perfectly. It is a little light weight but I am hoping to get years of wear from it. If you have the above described slow cooker, you will want this rack.
